To adjust voltage, use dial front of the power supplier controller panel.
13.Standard conformity
As the voltage of both filters is rather low (30V or lower),
so there will not be any problem in insulation.
Also there will not be any harmful radiation electric wave.
Only the voltage to KD*P is rather high, however, as the resistance
of the KD*P is very big (above 10 Meg Ohm), so the current through
KD*P is negligibly small, so there will not be any harmful radiation
electric wave.

3.10830 fabryperot etalon filter

Specification of an etalon fabricated "y-cut" lithium niobate

Characteristics
・substrate diameter 75mm thickness 220 micron (maximum free aperture 65 mm)
・operating wavelength 1083 nm
・finesse at 1083 nm to be at least 25 over central 50 mm
・Full width in half intensity 0.5Å

Note: anti-reflection windows are required on either side of the etalon.

Conditions
a. The width of transmission change by the temperature
The refractive index for the O-ray changes by about 2E-6 per degreeC.
The coefficient of expansion is about 1.6E-5 per degreeC.

b. The tuning range of above and the characteristic of stability
At 1083nm the tuning range of the etalon for +/- 5kV is about 0.32 orders.
